Provided to me by some friends several years ago.
Recipe
In a bowl, whisk together 2 cups yogurt, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 cup chopped mint leaves and 1 tablespoon sugar until mint is fragrant; strain and discard solids. In another bowl, combine 2 cups sliced strawberries , 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon chili powder; refrigerate bowls for 2 hours, stirring once. To serve, spoon yogurt onto strawberries and stir. Garnish: Whipped cream and mint.
Translation:
Blend:
- 2c yogurt
- 2c strawberries
- 1c mint leaves
- 3T sugar
- .25c OJ
- 2T lime juice
- 1t chili powder

Strawberry-Orange Soup
(Scott and Christa's version)
Ingredients:
- 2 c Yogurt
- 2c Orange juice or Orange/Mango juice or Orange/Pineapple juice
- 1 bunch Mint leaves
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 lb Strawberries, destemmed
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- Whipped cream (optional topping)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in Vitamix until smooth. Top with whipped cream if desired.
